Shipping policy

Orders over $200 CAD or equivalent ship FREE with tracking in Canada (including the Territories) and the US (Including to US Territories, as well as Palau, Micronesia, and Marshall Islands). Orders over $300 to select countries in Europe and Asia get free shipping up to $20 (for Europe), $21 (for Asia), or $23 (Australia and New Zealand). The list of eligible countries for each group is below.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days, if not sooner. At present, Lettermail is only available for orders up to 20 CAD or 15 USD. We do allow Lettermail on orders up to $25 on CardTrader.

Rates are determined based on shipping from Toronto, ON. Rates for "Standard" and "Express" shipping reflect the use of certain flat rate materials within Canada, calculated rates may be more or less. We prefer FedEX or UPS, especially for orders within North America. As such we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at Canada Post or USPS locations, but do encourage the use of a Private Mailbox (PMB). Any shipping rate representing a specific service is shown as a baseline, and we reserve the right to use an equivalent or better service with another provider.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to Import Duty. Check local laws for tax and duty rates and de minimis amounts in your country (e.g. the US has a de minimis of 800 USD). Select International orders may be processed in concert with our friends at Hairy Tarantula.
